Hyperbaric chamber services
Everything a hyperbaric chamber needs over its life — site review, white-glove installation and commissioning, preventive maintenance, repair and diagnostics, operator and clinical certification training, accessories and upgrades, and independent safety inspection.
01 · White-glove installation
Installation & commissioning
Soft-shell and hard-shell chambers built, connected, pressure tested and handed over in clinics, wellness studios, athletic facilities and homes. Three tiers: soft-only white-glove delivery and install, hard-shell install, and the full Pro install with both plus training.
What’s included
- Site and access review — door widths, corridor turns, floor loading, ceiling height and clearance around the shell
- Circuit verification for the chamber, air compressor and oxygen concentrator; a licensed electrician is coordinated where a dedicated circuit is required
- Uncrating, shell and frame assembly, squaring and levelling; bladder seated without twist or pinch
- Zipper or pinch-clamp seal set, or hard-shell door gasket and view-port check
- Compressor, inline filters, oxygen concentrator, hoses and quick-disconnects plumbed; cannula, non-rebreather mask or hood delivery fitted
- Pressurisation to rated ATA, pressure-decay leak test, relief-valve and gauge verification, oxygen purity by analyzer
- Ambient oxygen check in the room, oxygen fire-safety briefing and signage guidance
- Operator walkthrough, packaging removal and written close-out documentation
02 · Chamber maintenance
Preventive maintenance
The two things that quietly kill chambers are dirty air and neglected seals. A maintenance visit is a fixed checklist, actioned and logged, so the equipment stays inside the manufacturer’s operating spec and you keep a record for warranty and insurance.
Typical visit
- Zipper or pinch-clamp seal condition, lubrication and alignment; door gasket and locking mechanism on hard shells
- Urethane bladder and seam inspection for abrasion, delamination and pinholes; acrylic view ports checked for crazing or scratching
- Compressor intake and inline filter replacement to hours-run interval; cooling airflow and intake air quality confirmed
- Oxygen concentrator sieve-bed condition, flow at rated LPM and output purity measured with an oxygen analyzer
- Pressure-relief valve function, regulator setting and gauge accuracy verification
- Hoses, fittings and quick-disconnects checked under pressure; pressure-decay leak test recorded
- Written service record with findings, parts fitted and next-due interval
03 · Repair
Repair
A chamber that will not reach pressure, bleeds down mid-session, trips its breaker or smells wrong needs an accurate diagnosis before anyone buys a part. Often we can do that over a two-hour remote session before a truck ever rolls.
Fault isolation
Pressure-decay testing to find the leak path — zipper, seam, port, hose, fitting or relief valve. Compressor amp draw, duty cycle and thermal cut-out checks. Concentrator flow and purity measured, not guessed.
Corrective work
Bladder and seam repair, zipper and pinch-clamp replacement, door gaskets, view ports, hoses and quick-disconnects, gauges, regulators, relief valves, compressors and concentrator service — parts to your make and model.
Return to service
Re-pressurise to rated ATA, hold and re-test for decay, confirm gauge agreement and relief-valve lift, re-check O₂ purity and ambient oxygen, then document what changed before the chamber is used again.
Won’t hold pressure
Nine times in ten it is the closure: a worn zipper, a pinch-clamp door not fully seated, a stretched gasket, or an inner bladder folded against the frame. Seams and hose connections are next.
Weak or hot compressor
A clogged intake filter makes the pump work harder, run hotter and push dirtier air into the chamber. Filters are cheap; compressors are not.
Low oxygen purity
Concentrator output drifts as sieve beds age or the intake is starved. If nobody has put an analyzer on it, nobody actually knows what the occupant is breathing.
04 · Training & certification
Operator training
A chamber is only as safe as the person running it. We train home users and clinical teams on their own equipment — in person or over video — and we issue certificates. For clinics we broker IHA and IBUM provider certification.
- Pre-session checks and go / no-go criteria, including contraindication screening questions to ask
- Compression and decompression rates for your chamber type, and coaching occupants through ear equalization to avoid barotrauma
- Oxygen delivery by nasal cannula, non-rebreather mask or hood, and what flow the concentrator must actually hold
- Oxygen fire safety — no petroleum products, lotions, aerosols or loose electronics; grounding and static control; ambient O₂ awareness
- Emergency depressurisation and egress, and what to do if a zipper, clamp or compressor fails mid-session
- Daily, weekly and monthly log-keeping that supports your maintenance and warranty record
05 · Sales & upgrades
Sales & upgrades
New & used chambers
Soft-shell and hard-shell chambers from every major brand, specified against your room, your circuit and the pressure you actually need — before money is committed.
Masks, cannulas & analyzers
Premium comfort nasal cannulas with foam, adult and paediatric high-concentration non-rebreather masks, oxygen analyzers, filters and replacement hoses.
Concentrator & compressor
Higher-LPM oxygen concentrators, replacement compressors, filtration upgrades and end-of-life assemblies swapped out on chambers that are otherwise sound.
Move & re-commission
Teardown, protective packing, transport coordination, rebuild at the new site and a full re-commission with leak and purity testing.
Condition assessment
An honest condition report before you list or buy a used chamber — bladder and seam state, acrylic condition, hours on the compressor, concentrator output.
Trash & crate removal
Crating, pallets and packaging broken down and hauled away so your treatment room is usable the same day.
Pricing, lead times and available makes and models vary by project and by what is in the supply chain at the time of enquiry. Send your requirements and we will quote against them rather than publish figures that go stale.
06 · Consultation & quality assurance
Consultation & quality assurance
An independent set of eyes on a chamber, a room or a purchase. Useful before you buy, after someone else has installed, or when a facility wants its own verification on file.
- Pre-purchase review of a specific make, model, pressure rating and intended room
- Room, utility, ventilation and intake-air planning for a clinic build-out
- Third-party inspection of an existing installation, including leak and purity testing
- Ambient oxygen monitoring and oxygen fire-safety review against NFPA 99 Chapter 14 practice for HBOT rooms
- Remote diagnostic sessions by video when a site visit is not warranted
- Written findings you can hand to a landlord, an inspector or an insurer
Start a work order
Tell us the chamber, the site, and the timeline.
Make, model, serial number, photos, site address — send it all in one text or email and we can scope, price or diagnose it without a round of phone tag. Complete requests get worked first, simply because they can be.
