What we do

Six hyperbaric service lines, one accountable technician.

Chambers are pressure vessels, not appliances. Every job is scoped in writing before dispatch, performed against a chamber-specific checklist, leak- and function-tested, and closed out with documentation you can keep on file for insurance and manufacturer warranty.

Know your equipment

Soft-shell or hard-shell — we build, service and certify both.

The two families behave nothing alike. Pressure rating, seal design, gas delivery, service intervals and failure modes are all different, and so is the install. Here is the honest comparison we give every buyer who calls before purchasing.

Mild HBOT · mHBOT

Soft-shell chambers

A flexible urethane or TPU bladder inside a webbing shell, closed by a zipper or a pinch-clamp door, pressurised by an air compressor and supplied with concentrated oxygen through a nasal cannula or non-rebreather mask.

Typical pressure
1.3–1.5 ATA
Closure
Zipper or pinch clamp
Oxygen source
10 LPM concentrator
Install time
Half a day typical
Watch items

Hard-shell hyperbaric chamber rated to 1.5 ATA with acrylic view ports.
Hard shell · PVHO

Hard-shell chambers

A rigid steel or aluminium pressure vessel with acrylic view ports, a sealed door with a gasket and locking mechanism, and a controlled air supply. Monoplace units take one occupant; multiplace units seat several and can deliver oxygen by mask, hood or BIBS.

Typical pressure
1.5–3.0 ATA
Closure
Gasketed door
Oxygen source
Mask, hood or BIBS
Install time
Full day and up

Why owners call us

Experienced hyperbaric installers matter.

Most chambers that fail early were never wrong out of the box — they were assembled by someone who had never built one. A twisted urethane bladder, an over-tensioned zipper, a concentrator drawing warm exhaust air, an intake filter never changed: each one shortens the life of the chamber and puts the occupant at risk.

We only work on hyperbaric equipment. Chamber built and squared, seals seated, gas train correct, ambient oxygen checked, occupant briefed.

  • Hyperbaric-specific certifications. IHA and IBUM certified, with CAPM project management and Six Sigma process credentials behind the checklists.
  • Every brand, soft and hard shell. Zippered and pinch-clamp soft chambers, steel and aluminium hard shells, monoplace and multiplace.
  • Leak and pressure-decay tested. Nothing is handed over until it holds pressure, the relief valve lifts where it should and the gauges agree.
  • Oxygen safety taken seriously. Concentrator siting and intake air quality, grounding, ambient O₂ monitoring, no petroleum products, correct signage and clear egress.
  • Real parts for your model. Bladders, zippers, gaskets, view ports, hoses, filters and valves sourced to the exact make and model — not generic substitutes.
Hard-shell hyperbaric chamber rated to 1.5 ATA with acrylic view ports, installed and pressure tested.
Pressure-relief valve function, gauge accuracy and door/port seals are verified on every visit.

Coverage

Nationwide, through a vetted installer network.

HSP is a United States based hyperbaric specialist working in all fifty states. Jobs beyond our own technicians’ reach are staffed through installers we have trained and vetted specifically for hyperbaric work, coordinated and documented centrally so the standard does not change with the ZIP code.

If you only need eyes on a problem, a two-hour remote diagnostic session over video is often enough to identify a leak path, a compressor fault or a concentrator purity issue without a truck roll.

Process

How a job runs

  1. Intake

Send the chamber make, model and serial, the pressure rating, the site address and what you need done. Photos of the shell, the gas train and the room help us scope it accurately.

  2. Site review

We check door widths and turns for the crated shell, floor loading, ceiling height for the door swing or zipper clearance, circuit capacity for the compressor and concentrator, room ventilation and intake air quality.

  3. Schedule & dispatch

A certified hyperbaric installer is assigned, delivery and access are coordinated, and the arrival window is confirmed with your on-site contact.

  4. Build & connect

Uncrate, assemble and square the shell, seat the door or zipper seals, mount and plumb the compressor and oxygen concentrator, fit inline filters, set the mask, hood or cannula delivery, dress the hoses.

  5. Test & commission

Pressurise to rated ATA, pressure-decay leak test, relief-valve and gauge verification, concentrator purity by oxygen analyzer, ambient O₂ check in the room.

  6. Train & hand over

Operator walkthrough on compression, equalization, O₂ delivery, emergency depressurisation and daily checks — then written close-out with maintenance intervals.

Jeremy recently installed my hard shell HBOT. Jeremy went above and beyond by driving over three hours to my residence on very short notice. He took great care positioning the chamber into the desired location, hooking everything up professionally and spending quite a bit of time explaining how the system worked and the required maintenance. I had not received a manual yet, but Jeremy didn’t need it. He clearly knows his business regarding all things HBOT. I highly recommend using Jeremy for chamber installations!!
