What happens next

Complete requests are triaged first, because they can be.
You get questions or a written scope, whichever the job needs.
You approve the scope before anyone is dispatched.
Nothing is scheduled until your named site contact confirms.

We do not publish a reply window we would have to break in a busy week. If 48 hours pass with no word, send the same message again or call — a second nudge puts you back at the top of the pile.

Out of service?

If your chamber will not hold pressure, is losing air audibly, or a safety device has failed: stop using it, note that in the description, and call as well as submitting the form. Text photos of the gauges and the equipment plate to the same number — a down chamber with photos attached can often be diagnosed remotely instead of waiting for a travel slot.
